Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At JusPlay, we provide weekly toy rentals and fully managed play area setups. Because our inventory is reserved specifically for your dates, traditional retail returns do not apply. Please review our policies below:
Order Cancellations

48 Hours in Advance: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, you are eligible to receive a full Store Credit, which can be applied to any future booking.

Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Returns (End of Rental Period) Toys are rented on a weekly basis. At the end of your rental period, our logistics team will arrive at the scheduled time to pick up the items. We do not require a security deposit for our rentals.
Condition of Returned Items We expect standard wear and tear. However, if a toy is returned with severe damage beyond normal use, or with missing parts, we reserve the right to assess a repair or replacement charge.
Refund Processing We do not offer cash or bank refunds for cancellations. All eligible cancellations (made 48 hours in advance) will be strictly processed as Store Credit to your JusPlay account.
