Cancellation policy
JusPlay currently operates strictly on a one-time, weekly toy rental model and does not offer recurring subscription plans or auto-renewing purchase options.
Because we do not offer subscription plans, standard subscription cancellation procedures do not apply.
For all standard weekly rental bookings, our standard cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full Store Credit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
If you need to modify or cancel an upcoming weekly rental booking, please contact our support team at least 48 hours before your delivery window.
