The playful and inviting atmosphere provides a delightful setting for hours of imaginative water play. The play center is thoughtfully designed with a shallow depth, ensuring a safe environment for babies and young children to splash around and explore.
Note 1: The swimming pool will be inflated at your location.
2: Soft EVA mats below the pool will be provided.
3: The air in the swimming pool will gradually escape over time and will not remain the same as it was initially. This should not be considered as damage.
4: We inflate pools upon delivery. However if you would like to keep the pump too then please pay Rs.300 extra for this (connect on WhatsApp 93153 03419)
Are the toys clean and safe?+
Yes. We follow a strict 3-Step Hygiene Guarantee:
- Deep Clean: Every toy is scrubbed with mild soap after every return.
- Safe Sanitize: We treat items with non-toxic, baby-safe sanitizer (the same kind used for feeding bottles).
- Fresh & Zero Waste: We deliver without single-use plastic or shrink wrap. A final wipe-down is done at your doorstep for total peace of mind! 🧼✨
How do Security Deposits and Refunds work?+
We take a refundable security deposit at checkout. Once we pick up the toy, the refund is initiated within 24 hours. (Please note: It may take a few days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank's speed).
How does Delivery & Installation work?+
We handle everything! We deliver to your doorstep and installation is completely complimentary. Whether it's a giant slide or a complex jungle gym, our team sets it up for you so the fun can start immediately.
What if I notice a problem with my rented toy?+
We want little ones to have the perfect play experience! Please inspect toys closely during delivery. If anything seems damaged or isn't working quite right, let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can help fix it. After this 24-hour window, we consider the toys safely accepted and are unable to entertain damage or malfunction complaints.
What if my child breaks the toy?+
Don't worry about normal wear and tear—scratches happen! For significant damage or lost parts, we assess a small repair fee from the deposit, but this is very rare.
What if my child loves it and doesn't want to return it?+
That's the best problem to have! If they love it, you can easily extend your rental period or even buy the toy from us at a special discounted price.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
We understand plans change! If you let us know at least 48 hours (2 days) before your delivery, we are happy to provide 100% Store Credit (valid for 30 days) for a future booking. However, cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for refunds or credit. This ensures our delivery routes run smoothly and other children don't miss out on the reserved toy.
