• Delivery Timing: The exact time of delivery will be communicated to you the day before your party, before 6 PM.
• Setup Completion: Complete setup will be ready at least 30 minutes or more before your party booking slot begins.
• Venue Access: To safely transport our heavy equipment, a working lift is strictly required for any venue located above the 1st floor.

Yes. We follow a strict 3-Step Hygiene Guarantee:

1. Deep Clean: Every toy is scrubbed with mild soap after every return.
2. Safe Sanitize: We treat items with non-toxic, baby-safe sanitizer (the same kind used for feeding bottles).
3. Fresh & Zero Waste: We deliver without single-use plastic or shrink wrap. A final wipe-down is done at your doorstep for total peace of mind! 🧼✨

Standard packages are for a 4-hour event. You can easily extend the fun for ₹1000 per additional hour.

Premium setups (₹7900+) include an on-site assistant, so no security deposit is required. For smaller, unsupervised setups, a standard refundable deposit will automatically apply at checkout.

Premium packages (₹7900+) include a Play Area Assistant to keep the equipment clean, organized, and safe. However, parents and guardians remain responsible for the direct supervision of the children.

Cancellations must be made a maximum of 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
