We take a refundable security deposit at checkout. Once we pick up the toy, the refund is initiated within 24 hours. (Please note: It may take a few days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank's speed).

We handle everything! We deliver to your doorstep and installation is completely complimentary. Whether it's a giant slide or a complex jungle gym, our team sets it up for you so the fun can start immediately.

We want little ones to have the perfect play experience! Please inspect toys closely during delivery. If anything seems damaged or isn't working quite right, let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can help fix it. After this 24-hour window, we consider the toys safely accepted and are unable to entertain damage or malfunction complaints.

Don't worry about normal wear and tear—scratches happen! For significant damage or lost parts, we assess a small repair fee from the deposit, but this is very rare.

That's the best problem to have! If they love it, you can easily extend your rental period or even buy the toy from us at a special discounted price.

We understand plans change! If you let us know at least 48 hours (2 days) before your delivery, we are happy to provide 100% Store Credit (valid for 30 days) for a future booking. However, cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for refunds or credit. This ensures our delivery routes run smoothly and other children don't miss out on the reserved toy.
